A popular hub for #UNLITTER events, the Swamp Restaurant has supported the movement since its early beginning. What began as a "BringYourOwnCup" (BYOC) Happy Hour, patrons were given a discount on draft beer for providing their own cup up to 20 ounces in volume. Eventually, the restaurant expressed interest in "#unlittering" their business through consulting efforts. They transitioned to using paper straws, CFL lightbulbs, and donating food scraps to local farms to be used as animal feed.
